CERTIFICATION RULES
The official WSWA certification framework, with the rules to follow to validate a streak.
- A valid day requires at least one outing of 3.2 km or more — several outings can be added up, but each one must individually reach 3.2 km.
- Logging must be done by 11:59 PM the following day (Europe/Paris timezone).
- Certifications are for streakers only — not Walker mode.
- Missing one day closes the streak — certifications already earned are kept for life.

Preamble
WSWA issues official certifications recognizing consistency in daily walking streaks. This regulation defines eligibility, validation and retention conditions.
Article 1 — Definitions
Streak: uninterrupted sequence of valid walking days.
Streaker: member with an active streak, subject to continuity rules.
Walker: member logging walks without daily continuity obligation.
Valid day: at least one walk of 3.2 km or more on foot (several walks can be logged and summed, but each one must individually reach 3.2 km), declared by the next day deadline.
Article 2 — Day validation conditions
- Minimum distance: 3.2 km per outing — several outings can be logged the same day, but each one must individually reach 3.2 km (no adding up shorter walks).
- Deadline: by J+1 at 23:59 (Europe/Paris).
- A day can include several valid outings, but never validates more than one streak day.
- Only walking on foot counts under this regulation.

Article 4 — Issuance
Certifications are issued automatically when thresholds are reached. Earned certifications remain permanently acquired.
Article 5 — Integrity and sanctions
WSWA is trust-based. Proven fraud may lead to certification revocation, streak closure and exclusion.
Article 6 — Regulation updates
WSWA may update this regulation. Substantial changes are notified to members. Previously earned certifications remain valid.
